Melody Dudley

Melody Dudley, RCDD/Technician/CT  ES-7J ES-3J

Melody Dudley joined Integrated Technologies Corporation in April 2002, as a low voltage field installer.  Melody promptly attained her ES-7J New Mexico Low Voltage Journeyman license, and was then offered a position as an instructor for Integrated Training Center.  Being extremely motivated as she is, she quickly completed her BICSI Installer Level 2 Certification and her BICSI Technician Certification registrations, before completing her training as a Certified BICSI Instructor.  With  these credentials, it was a natural step for her to attain her RCDD, which she has.

From the beginning, the conceptual platform of Integrated Training Center was to  provide advanced training for Journeyman Electricians and Low Voltage Journeyman in the telecommunications, data cabling, and fiber optics industry.  Melody quickly noted that the need for continuing education was also necessary to address the total needs of this industry’s clientele.

Melody set goals for ITC’s state-of-the-art training center and has continued to expand the courses offered to electrical and low voltage journeymen.  One of the additions is the continuing education for Journeyman Electrician, which the State of New Mexico requires for  license renewals.  Melody has written several continuing education courses and obtained CEC (continuing education credits) approval for the courses from the State of New Mexico and from BICSI for BICSI CECs.  She has also sought out and received approval for other trade specific courses that had not been approved for continuing education credits from either the State of New Mexico or BICSI and now offers these approved courses for journeymen in 13 states.

Melody’s expansion continued on to include OSHA 10 for the Construction and General Industry, as well as OSHA 30 and OSHA 40.  In addition, she expanded the curriculum further to include a wide variety of FCC and electronics certifications, and a wide variety of medical and professional certification exams that are available in ITC’s computer testing lab.

Melody is an enthusiastic trainer and is a vital part of ITC’s leading role in the ever-changing communications world.  She routinely travels between Northern New Mexico and Texas to provide Continuing Education to the outlying cities to help progressive companies meet their continuing education needs.  It is through this degree of dedication that Melody’s representation of Integrated Training Center continually teaches and stresses the professionalism of the data/telecommunications industry.
